Hi there! We are Daniel, Shannon, and Levi!
Daniel and Shannon met online in 2016 and were married a year later in 2017. God placed Levi with us via adoption in 2022 because of the brave and selfless decision of his birth family. We are forever grateful to call him our son and have him and his birth family forever as part of our family!
Daniel is from Tennessee and has training as an engineer. He currently works as a product manager. He enjoys specialty coffees, making sourdough bread, and rock climbing. His favorite time of day is playtime with Levi including making cool play couch fortresses, magnetic tile castles, and ramps for Hot Wheels cars. Daniel is an excellent cook and enjoys learning how to make dishes from cultures around the world.
Shannon is from California and has training as a physical therapist. She currently stays at home to care for the household and enjoys watching Levi grow up. She loves spending time in the garden, working on household projects, and a newfound passion for sewing quilts and clothing.
Levi’s current favorite activities are running, jumping, slides, being outside, playing duck duck goose, and watching all the Disney Cars movies!
We are an active family. We love sports, escape rooms, board games, and finding new places to eat. We enjoy time at home with our two dogs and look forward to hiking, camping, and making memories in new places together.
We are involved in our church’s adoption and foster care ministry and are blessed with a supportive church family. Our greatest desire is for our children to come to know Jesus as their personal Savior as they grow up.
We chose New Life for adoption because they display Christ by putting the needs of You and Your child first. We want your kiddo to grow up knowing how much their birth family loves them and encourage as much openness in their adoption journey as you’re comfortable with.
We are mindful of the incredibly difficult decision you are making and pray that the Lord would give you peace and strength for whatever path you choose. It is an honor that you would consider our family!
